What vitamin supplements can i take to help me from getting too many colds?

I have been staying sick a lot lately first it was strep throat… now i have a respiratory virus with another soar throat & cold symptoms!!!
I have taken two bottles of keflex (antibiotic)
And now i am taking zythromax (antibiotic)
I am so SICK OF IT!!!!
